A two-radiofrequency treatment
XERF is a radiofrequency skin tightening treatment. Unlike single-frequency RF devices, it uses two different radiofrequencies, which gives us more control over the depth we're treating beneath the skin.
That matters for areas like the jawline, lower face and neck, where skin laxity tends to become more noticeable first. We're able to target 3 layers of the skin and adjust the depth and intensity depending on the patient and the area we're treating.
There are no needles and no surgery involved.
Heat, then your skin does the rest
The radiofrequency energy heats tissue beneath the surface of the skin. That heat is what stimulates your skin's own collagen production and encourages the tissue to tighten and remodel over time.
You have the treatment in the clinic, but the collagen response continues for months afterwards. It's not an instant result on the day. It's a process that builds.
